About Rivermark Pools

A small St. Catharines crew that focuses specifically on vinyl pool liners.

Who we are

Rivermark Pools started in 2017 as a two-person liner crew working weekends around St. Catharines. Liner replacement is a narrow trade — most general pool companies treat it as one service among many — and we found that focusing on it specifically let us get genuinely good at the measuring, fitting and seam work that determines how long a liner lasts.

We operate as Niagara Pool Liners LTD., a registered Ontario business, and most of our work today still comes from referrals among homeowners across the Niagara region.

We're not the biggest pool company in the area, and we don't try to be. We'd rather measure every pool ourselves and stand behind the fit of every liner we install than grow faster than our crew can manage carefully.

What we do

Our work covers the full arc of a liner's life: spotting the early signs it needs attention, replacing it properly when the time comes, and — where a pool needs it — renovating the coping and step edges alongside a heavier textured liner.

Where we are

We're based at 9 Rice Avenue, St. Catharines, ON L2M 2Y2 and cover St. Catharines along with the surrounding Niagara region, including Niagara-on-the-Lake, Thorold and Welland. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, the fastest way to find out is to visit or contact us.

Working from a single home base keeps our scheduling predictable — our crew isn't driving across the province between jobs, which is part of why we can usually confirm an inspection date within two business days.

Who provides the services

LT

Lead Technician

Handles every inspection visit personally and oversees measuring, cutting and fitting on installation day. Has worked exclusively on vinyl liners since the company started.

IC

Installation Crew

A two-to-three person crew trained specifically on vinyl liner removal, wall and cove prep, and seam fitting, working under the lead technician on every project.

How we work

Measured, not guessed

Every estimate is based on measurements taken in person, not a phone description.

Checked before we close out

We inspect seams and fittings again after refill, before calling a job complete.

Plain-language communication

Estimates and timelines are explained in person, with no surprise line items.

A note on scale

We deliberately run a small operation. The same lead technician who inspects your pool is the one overseeing the installation crew on the day the work happens, which keeps details from getting lost between separate sales and installation teams — a common complaint we hear from homeowners who've used larger companies in the past.

Looking ahead

We plan to keep Rivermark Pools at roughly its current size rather than expand into other pool services. Staying focused on liners is what let us build real expertise in the first place, and it's the reason homeowners keep referring us to neighbours year after year.
