Messages are read by the same person who runs the inspection visits, so you'll be talking to the right person from the start. We typically reply within one business day, and sooner if you reach us by phone during working hours.
When you write in, it helps to mention your pool's approximate age, roughly how old the current liner is if you know it, and what you've noticed — a wrinkle, a faded patch, or simply that it's been a long time since the last replacement. None of that is required to get started, but it lets us tailor the inspection visit before we even arrive.

When to reach us
Our line is open Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00, Eastern Time (ET) — ON L2M 2Y2. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day — we don't leave enquiries waiting over a weekend.
What happens after you contact us
We read every message personally rather than routing it through a call centre. Once we have your details, we'll confirm a time for the inspection visit — usually within two business days of your first message, and sooner in the slower summer and fall months.
