3. Description of the service
We provide pool liner inspection and estimate visits, standard vinyl liner replacement, and premium textured liner renovation packages (including coping and step-edge touch-ups) for residential and small multi-unit pools in the St. Catharines and Niagara region, as described on our Services page.
4. Eligibility / user obligations
You must have authority to request work on the pool in question (as owner, tenant with permission, or property manager) and must provide accurate access and contact information so we can carry out the inspection and any scheduled work.
5. Bookings, estimates and payment
Inspection visits, replacements and renovation packages are quoted in writing following an on-site assessment. Prices shown on our site are starting figures; the confirmed estimate is the binding figure, payable as agreed at booking. See the Payment & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy below. Physical goods are not shipped as part of this service.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphics and branding on this site belong to Niagara Pool Liners LTD. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or republish site content without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information through the contact form.
8. Disclaimer
General information. Content on this site is provided by Niagara Pool Liners LTD. for general informational purposes about our pool liner services and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment.
Professional advice. Nothing on this site is professional engineering or structural advice for your specific pool; individual recommendations are given during the inspection visit.
Accuracy & availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions and prices current but do not warrant the site is error-free. Services and starting prices may change; the final scope and price are confirmed in your written estimate.
Results. Outcomes such as liner longevity depend on individual pool conditions, usage and maintenance; we do not guarantee a specific lifespan or result.
Liability. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, Niagara Pool Liners LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services beyond the value of the service provided.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers deposits and payments made for inspection visits, liner replacements and renovation packages booked through Rivermark Pools.
Eligibility. If work has not yet started, you may request a refund of any deposit within 7 days of payment. Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, refunds are assessed based on costs already incurred.
How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 289-479-5522 with your name, address and the date of payment.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

10. Cancellation Policy
How to cancel. Contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +1 289-479-5522 during our working hours, Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Cancellation windows. Cancelling more than 3 business days before a scheduled installation carries no fee. Cancelling within 3 business days may incur a charge covering materials already ordered for your pool.
Rescheduling. We're glad to offer a new date instead of a cancellation wherever possible.
Cancellations by us. If weather or capacity forces us to cancel a scheduled visit, we'll offer the next available date or a full refund of any deposit. See the full policy at Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party resources (such as liner manufacturers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
