Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most before and during a liner project.

About the service

How long does a standard liner replacement take?

Most standard replacements are completed within a single scheduled visit, from draining through refill, though the pool needs a few days afterward to reach swimming temperature.

Do I need the inspection visit before booking a replacement?

We recommend it. The inspection gives you a written comparison of a standard and a textured liner for your pool's exact shape, so the replacement estimate is based on real measurements, not a guess.

What's included in the renovation package?

The premium package pairs a heavier textured liner with coping and step-edge touch-ups, scheduled as one combined project rather than separate visits.

What pool shapes and sizes do you work with?

Most of our projects are standard in-ground residential pools around St. Catharines and the Niagara region. If your pool has an unusual shape, mention it when you reach out so we can confirm we're a fit before scheduling the visit.

How thick is the liner material you use?

Standard liners run around 20 mil; the textured option used in the renovation package runs heavier, closer to 28 mil, which adds durability as well as a different surface feel underfoot.

Process & scheduling

How do I get started?

Send the contact form on our home page, email us, or call during business hours. We'll ask a few questions about your pool and liner, then arrange a time for the inspection visit.

What happens after I send a message?

We typically respond within two business days to arrange the inspection visit. There's no cost for the inspection itself.

How far ahead should I book?

Spring is our busiest season, with inspection visits booking one to three weeks out. Booking in late winter usually secures an earlier spot once installation season opens.

What does the assessment involve?

We measure the pool's full perimeter and depth changes, check seams, wrinkles and fade on the existing liner, and inspect the cove and fittings underneath. You'll see liner swatches in person during the visit.

Pricing & payment

What do the prices on your services page include?

They're starting figures for a typical pool and liner type. Your final number depends on the on-site assessment — pool dimensions, step configuration and any wall or floor prep the inspection finds. We confirm a firm written number before any work begins.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans change. See our Terms of Use, including the cancellation section, at ./terms.html#cancellation-policy for the specifics on notice and timing.

What's your refund policy if something isn't right?

Our full Payment & Refund Policy is posted at ./terms.html#refund-policy and covers eligibility, how to request a review, and processing timeframes.

Practical

What are your working hours?

We're reachable Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00, Eastern Time. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.

Where are you located?

We're based in St. Catharines, Ontario, and serve the surrounding Niagara region. Our full address is on the Contact page.

What's the best way to reach you?

Email is [email protected] and our phone line is +1 289-479-5522. Both are checked during business hours.

Do you offer any general pool maintenance, like weekly cleaning?

No — we stay focused on the liner itself (inspection, replacement and renovation) rather than running a general cleaning or chemical-service route. See our Maintenance page for the liner-care guidance we do provide.

Still have questions?

We're happy to talk through your specific pool before you book anything.
