Service & Installation Terms
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This page sets out the long-form terms for our inspection, replacement and renovation work, referenced from our Terms of Use. It applies alongside, and does not replace, the main Terms of Use.
1. Inspection & estimate visits
An inspection visit involves measuring your pool's perimeter and depth changes, examining the existing liner for seam, wrinkle and fade condition, and checking the cove and fittings underneath. You receive a written estimate comparing a standard and a textured liner option; there is nothing to commit to after the visit.
2. Booking & scheduling
Work is scheduled once you approve the written estimate. Scheduling windows vary by season, with spring (April–May) typically booking out furthest in advance. We will confirm your installation date in writing and will contact you promptly if weather or supply delays require a change.
3. Access & site conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the pool and surrounding deck on the scheduled date, including removal of covers, furniture or obstructions that would prevent the crew from working safely. Delays caused by restricted access may require rescheduling.
4. Materials & liner selection
Liner material (standard or premium textured) is selected by you at the inspection visit and cut to the measurements taken on site. Because liners are cut to your pool's specific dimensions, selected material is ordered specifically for your project once the estimate is approved.
5. Installation work
Installation includes draining the pool, removing the old liner, preparing walls, floor and cove, fitting and sealing the new liner around all steps and fittings, refilling, and a walkthrough of first-fill water chemistry. Renovation packages additionally include coping touch-ups and step-edge refinishing as scoped in your estimate.
6. Pricing changes during the project
If the crew finds a structural issue not visible at the inspection visit (for example, a larger cove repair than expected), we will pause and discuss the change and any price adjustment with you before proceeding — we will not add charges without your agreement.
7. Weather & delays
Outdoor liner work can be affected by weather. If a scheduled date needs to move for weather or safety reasons, we will offer the next available date at no additional charge.
8. Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to installation work is capped, to the extent permitted by Ontario law, at the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues not caused by our work.
9. Related policies
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellation windows and refund eligibility, and our Terms of Use for general site and service terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Service & Installation Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision.
